Shipping & Delivery

1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not ship to:

  • Northern Ireland (due to shipping complexities)
  • BFPO addresses
  • PO Box addresses
  • International addresses

2. Shipping Costs

FREE delivery on all orders - no minimum purchase required!

3. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days
  • Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next business day
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been placed
  • You will receive a dispatch notification with tracking information once your order ships

4. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery takes 2-5 business days after dispatch
  • Total delivery time is typically 3-7 business days from order placement
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email
  • You can use this number to track your parcel with our courier partner
  • If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days, please contact us

6. Delivery Process

  • Our courier will attempt delivery to your specified address
  • If you are not available, the courier will leave a notification card with instructions
  • You may be able to arrange redelivery or collection from a local depot
  • Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete

7. Missing or Damaged Items

Missing Items:

  • If your order does not arrive within 10 business days, please contact us immediately
  • We will investigate with our courier and arrange a replacement or refund

Damaged Items:

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery
  • If items arrive damaged, take photos and contact us within 48 hours at contact@gardenimo.com
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you

8. Incorrect Address

  • We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • If you realize you have provided an incorrect address, contact us immediately
  • We will attempt to redirect your order, but cannot guarantee success
  • Additional charges may apply for address changes after dispatch
